Where is LuxeLift based?

Our company is based in New York City.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

We offer cancellations up to 24 hours after your purchase. If you change your mind within that time, need to change sizing, or make a general exchange, please send us an email at getluxelift@gmail.com

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the order has been shipped, a return can be arranged but only after the item arrives to your destination.

How does shipping work?

Your order will be shipped in partnership with the USPS for the United States, Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, etc.

Orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days on average. However, due to COVID-19, our customers are seeing volatile delivery times. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team if you are experiencing delays. We are most happy to help!

How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number once the order has shipped. However, there could be a 24-48 hour delay for tracking information to appear. If you did not get an email with your tracking number after 1-2 days, please send us a message at getluxelift@gmail.com
